Received his law degree from the Law School of University of Sao Paulo in 1990, and a master's degree in commercial law from the same University in 1996. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Sao Paulo chapter, since 1989. Began his career in 1987 as an intern, and later as a partner, at the Gomes Associados Advocacia law firm, where he remained until 1998. He then joined the firm as a partner working in civil and commercial advisory and litigation. He is a member of the CESA (a Center for Studies of Law Firms) and lectures at Business School Sao Paulo among other institutions. Languages: Portuguese, English, and French.
